The report I was given was completely inaccurate. They did show up and arrive on time but the guy doing it was very unprofessional. He took 6 hours to complete it and then his report was wrong!!!!! We had to hire a second company to do the inspection and they did it so professionally. Yes they are affordable and can do it fast but they are not legit or professional. It's inaccurate and they do not do it properly.

They are not dependable... The results given were wrong and I had to hire a second company to properly do the inspection. It really is sad to have to report this but do not hire them for any home inspection.
